There’s a new boss in town – introducing the Pit Boss 3-Series Digital Electric Smoker. Gone are the days when your smoker was just another black box. The 1650-watt Smoker features a large front window, 4,424 square centimeters of porcelain coated cooking racks, locking caster wheels, an easy-to-read digital controller, a meat probe, and a stunning silver finish. Its innovative design improves upon the features of a classic smoker by incorporating an elevated stand for easy loading and unloading. The multiple position racking system ensures you’ll have enough room to smoke anything your heart (or stomach) desires.

The ability to infuse flavor into your smoker is easy with the oversized front load wood chip tray, offering up to 2 hours of cooking time per load. The superior ground up engineered design gives you the ability to reach higher highs and lower lows. The double walled blanket insulation lets you smoke from 38°C to temperatures reaching 176°C, unlike any other smoker on the market and allows you to get crispy skin on poultry or great bark on beef and pork.
