With dual sensors, it tracks both food temperature (near the tip) and ambient grill temperature (in the ceramic end)—all without messy cables. The dual-band connectivity allows you to choose between Bluetooth for short-range monitoring and S1G (868 MHz) for long-range performance, even through thick materials like metal grill bodies.
