This rub packs so much flavour and instantly brings back memories of a delicious curry. Classic Indian spices such as fenugreek, cumin, garlic, coriander and ginger. With notes of tomato, lemon and a tiny hint of mint to lift the flavours. Use as a marinade or use straight away.
